This windows will fit into about 85% of the frames in existing concrete foundations. They are installed without adhesive, fit tightly into the kerf slot and use a compression gaskets to form a tight seal. They are extremely energy efficient and look great. Features include dual pan insulated glass, durable white vinyl frame, sashes that slide left to right AND swing fully in towards basement. Our escape ladders are made from nickel plated steel for long lasting durability. These light weight ladders hang from the top of any steel window well to provide a quick escape in case of emergency. For safety we recommend installing ladders on all egress window wells.

Complete your WELLiner installation by trimming the base of your well with GroundScape window well base trim. GroundScape, which is made from shredded rubber, provides the perfect finishing touch. It has the look and feel of rock or mulch and comes in Green, Brown and Blue to compliment your image. Best of all GroundScape helps contol the insects and other creators in your well since is does not hold moisture nor will it promote fugus growth. GroundScape is available in 40lb bags. Most wells require one bag. Larger wells will require one and one-half to two bags.
